Kyrie Irving appears to be on his way back to the Nets after he addressed the media for the first time in two weeks. The Nets star hasn’t been around since a couple of weeks ago when he decided to stop playing with his team due to “personal reasons.”
Now the player is working to get back with his teammates and he spoke with the media recently, explaining what really happened and what led him to make that decision of leaving the Nets in the middle of the season. According to Chris Sheridan of Basketball News, Kyrie revealed that it was family issues that kept him apart from the team for the last couple of games.
“A lot of family and personal stuff going on. I just want to leave it at that,” he said.

After he decides to leave the team, every fan speculated about Irving and the real reason why he decided to miss the past couple of games. He was spotted partying with his family, then he was talking about social justice and more. Irving has been the man of the hour in the NBA for some time now and the NBA community is always watching Kyrie’s moves.
It was recently revealed that Kyrie bought a house for George Floyd’s family, another good action he had in the last year. However, the Kyrie slander continues as the player keeps making questionable decisions off the court.
