Nikola Vucevic has been one of the most underrated All-Star players in the entire league. He is one of the most versatile big men in the league: he can score from just about anywhere and is carrying the Orlando Magic offense day in and day out. Despite his abilities, he is only a two-time All-Star selection and is viewed by many mainstream fans as an afterthought when it comes to the best players in the league.

Recently, Nikola Vucevic has addressed the fact that he is an underrated All-Star on JJ Redick’s podcast, The Old Man and the Three. Vucevic has talked about how it feels to be underrated, and why exactly that status doesn’t bother him anymore.

Nikola Vucevic is most certainly underrated in the mainstream media. Oftentimes, the media choose to ignore stars from smaller markets such as Vucevic. That compounds when a team is losing, such as the Orlando Magic. Despite his team’s status in the standings, Nikola Vucevic is still having a stellar season. He also revealed why being under the radar doesn’t bother him anymore: the people that matter do recognize how good he is, and those are the people in the NBA.

Nikola Vucevic is one of the most underrated All-Stars in the entire league. For a player with his skill set, he is criminally overlooked when it comes to naming some of the best centers in the league. However, anyone who actually watches the game knows how good Vucevic is, and just how much he does for his team.
