The Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Clippers engaged in a very entertaining battle at Barclays Center. A great duel between the best offense in the league against one of the best defenses in the association.
It was a war but the Nets ended up winning the game, beating the Clippers 124-120, to bounce back after a painful loss to the Washington Wizards last Sunday. Kyrie Irving stole the show and led his team to the win, being the best player on the floor for his team and the rivals.

One NBA fan took notice of that and praised Kyrie for having such a great game with some big names sharing the court with him.
“Kyrie was the best player on the floor tonight in a game that featured Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, and Paul George. Big time player,” @MjsGoat wrote on Twitter.

This was indeed remarkable, as Kyrie took over, made the shots the team needed to win, and got the edge over the Clippers, one of the best teams in the league this season. He scored 39 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and dished 2 assists in 37 minutes to help his team get the W.
Of course, not every fan agreed with these but others claimed the Nets are Kyrie’s team now regardless of being teammates with Kevin Durant and James Harden.
This man is a glorified Jordan Clarkson with more open looks. Can't shoot under real pressure. Put him around average players and he's an 8 PPG scorer at best. Gets hot once a month and convinces people that he can actually shoot. Most overrated shooter of all time.

Not really. Irving was the best scorer but that doesn't mean the best player on the court.
He didn't play good defense…he didn't create for his teammates…Just scored.
Kawhi had a more complete game…Also KD rebounded well.

No Kyrie no Cleveland ring! Facts are facts.

Yea he definitely caught fire tonight, but if the Nets meet Clippers in the finals this season, I don't think the Nets will be able to keep up the Clippers in a 7 game series. I still think Ty Lue is working on his closing line up, should kept the big men in with PG & Khawi!

Clips can handle the Nets in the finals though, pat bev is a key player that they missed somewhat offensively and badly defensively.

The Nets finished a great game, a potential NBA matchup playing great and stopping one of the best duos in the league this season, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard.
