James Harden Shares A Mysterious IG Post: Goodbye To Houston Rockets?

2 Min Read

James Harden’s tenure with the Houston Rockets appears to be nearing its end and the Beard isn’t even trying his desire to leave the team this season. Harden requested a trade at the start of the offseason and the Rockets have been looking for trade partners but nothing is official at this moment.

Harden must know something that insiders don’t as he recently posted a cryptic picture on Instagram, seemingly waving at something or someone. Of course, that set the alarms around the league and everybody started speculating about the meaning of that pic.

This comes after Adam Silver spoke about the Harden-Rockets situation, asking both parties to fix their issues behind closed doors. This could be an answer to that or a goodbye message to the Rockets by the Beard.

It’s unclear what Harden meant by that and we won’t know the answer until something is official. Harden spent the last eight years in Houston, playing alongside big stars like Dwight Howard, Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook but he never was able to win a championship. He believes his window to win a ring in Houston has closed and is ready to look for a new challenge in the league.

James is one of the best players in the association and he surely won’t miss suitors but the Rockets’ asking price is too high for most franchises. Only time will tell how this whole thing ends but Harden seems ready to leave H-Town and try his luck somewhere else.
