According to Shams, the All-Star big man had a long line of suitor this offseason before ultimately turning them all down to give it another run with Denver.
After receiving interest from over half of the league, Millsap returned to continue his Nuggets career — which began on a free-agent deal in 2017. https://t.co/eOQXEgspMZ

Millsap is a 35-year old power forward with a well-rounded game. Last season, he averaged 11 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game on 48.2% shooting.
Though Denver has had a relatively quiet offseason so far, bringing back a key player in Millsap will be key in keeping themselves in the upper elite of the West. With Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and (hopefully) the continued development of Michael Porter Jr., they might end up in an even better position by the end of the upcoming season
Regardless, the Nuggets are going to be a threat in the West for years to come, and we’ll see soon enough what they’re able to do in the 2021 playoffs.
