Michael Jordan’s Teammates: “We Were His Teammates And We Were Afraid Of Him.”

ESPN released a teaser for the upcoming 7th and 8th episodes of ‘The Last Dance’. Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls’ documentary is a complete success and we can’t wait to see what is going to happen this Sunday.

In the teaser, we can see MJ’s former teammates talking about his competitiveness and character in practice, with Jordan using unique methods to make his teammates better. He wasn’t the type of leader that approached you to tell you you’ll be fine and hug you but the opposite, he used intimidation, he used to yell at his teammates in order to get the best out of them.

“People were afraid of him. We were his teammates and we were afraid of him,” Jud Buechler said.

Despite being mean to his teammate, they agree that Jordan’s methods actually worked, as they won and became the best team in the NBA.

“He crossed the line numerous times, but as time goes on and you think back about what he was actually trying to accomplish, you’re like ‘hey, he was a hell of a teammate’,” Will Purdue said.

“He was pushing us all to be better because he wanted to win. And guess what? It worked,” Bill Wennington claimed.

MJ was a different leader, but there is no doubt that his leadership took the Bulls to the top of the NBA, winning six titles in 8 years, creating one of the best dynasties in the association.

The Last Dance will continue this Sunday at 9 PM ET with the 7th and 8th episodes.
