James Harden attended Rajon Rondo’s wedding last week and ended up hilariously going viral because of it. The reason being, that Harden had a priceless reaction when his girlfriend Paije Speights caught the bouquet. That viral incident also led to the spotlight falling on Speights and it appears Harden isn’t the first NBA player she has been in a relationship with, according to Black Sports Online.

It is unclear when exactly Speights and Mario Chalmers started dating, but pictures of them together appear to have first surfaced online in 2014. On Oct. 26, 2018, the couple welcomed their first and only child together, a boy named Prynce Almario Chalmers.
At some point after that, Chalmers and Speights split up. Then in 2022, she made headlines when Lou Williams reportedly took her on a vacation to Jamaica. It was never confirmed that the two were dating, but they were pictured kissing at what appeared to be an airport.

Whether they were dating or not at that point, what matters now is that she is almost certainly in a relationship with Harden. The two haven’t confirmed that just yet, but that video made it pretty clear, I think.
So, who is Speights? Well, she first rose to prominence after appearing on HBO’s ‘The Hype,’ where individuals battle to design authentic street-wear fashion. Speights has her own brand named Front Paije Designs and Harden has been spotted wearing some of her designs.
Speights is also a singer and once sang alongside Gabrielle Union and Toni Braxton at a charity function held by the Miami Heat in 2015 when she was dating Chalmers. She has sure had quite the life thus far and I hope she and Harden stay together for a very long time.
James Harden Spoke About How He Wants To Be Remembered
Before showing up for Rondo’s wedding, Harden was in Italy for Adidas’ Eurocamp. The 10-time All-Star spent a fair bit of time there with the campers and also sat down for some interviews. In one of them, Harden spoke about how he wanted to be remembered.
“That I was a winner, that I was a teacher,” Harden said. “That I had a different love for the game. I mean like, put the money aside, I really enjoy and love the game of basketball and playing it. Whether it’s being with the kids here or when I travel (to) other places in Europe, when I go to China, I just want people to understand how much I really love and enjoy the game of basketball.”
Harden has certainly won at life after making around $338 million in salaries while playing in the NBA. Will the 2018 MVP be remembered as a winner on the court, though? Not as things stand.
Harden has yet to win an NBA championship and has had one too many stinkers in the postseason over the years too. Time is starting to run out for the 34-year-old in his quest to win that elusive title as well and if the Los Angeles Clippers guard doesn’t win one before walking away, he won’t be remembered the way he wants to be.
