Dwight Howard has been sued for sexual assault and battery by a man named Stephen Harper. Howard allegedly forced Harper to have a threesome with him after exchanging messages on text.
According to an exclusive report by Radar Online, Howard met the man on Instagram back in 2021. The incident took place at Dwight’s home on July 19, 2021, per Harper.
These chats have been provided as proof by Harper. In these DMs, Howard asked Harper to have a threesome. Harper wasn’t interested in it but still showed up at the ex-NBA star’s home.
“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” the suit read. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”
That’s not the end of it. A third person dressed as “Kitty” showed up after Howard allegedly texted them. Harper tried to remain calm as he was worried about Howard and Kitty harming him.
“The suit alleged, once there, Kitty ‘anally penetrated’ Howard while Howard grabbed his head and shoved his penis into Harper’s mouth,” Radar Online’s report said.
Harper immediately put on his clothes after the two men were done. While Harper wanted to take an Uber back home, Dwight demanded Kitty take Harper home. The Defendant was in complete shock after the series of incidents that took place and sued Howard for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
Howard is yet to comment on the allegations. The 37-year-old is seeking a move back to the NBA and wants to finish his career by winning another championship.
Is Dwight Howard Gay?
This isn’t the first time that Dwight Howard’s sexuality has been questioned. A supposed gay man named Masin Elije tried to expose the former NBA center in 2018 for dating transgender people and men in 2018.
Howard was bombarded with fans’ comments about being gay. In 2019, Howard addressed the rumors and denied such claims.
“It ended up being a situation that was—it went viral. People were talking about it, and it upset me because I didn’t even know who the person was,” Howard said. “Why would somebody I never met or had any contact with make up a whole story about me. I saw all the hate, the pure hate, from people that I’ve never met before, just pile up everywhere I went.”
