Come the 2023-24 season, Stephen Curry will begin his run as the highest-paid player in the NBA for the edition.

The Golden State Warriors superstar will be making $51,915,615 and is followed by Phoenix Suns Kevin Durant and Denver Nuggets’ big man, Nikola Jokic.

Prior to diving deeper into Curry’s deep bags next season, here’s a look at the Top 10 highest-paid players for the upcoming season.

1. Stephen Curry – $51,915,615

2. Kevin Durant – $47,649,433

3. Nikola Jokic – $47,607,350

4. LeBron James – $47,607,350

5. Joel Embiid – $47,607,350

6. Bradley Beal – $46,741,590

7. Paul George – $45,640,084

8. Kawhi Leonard – $45,640,084

9. Giannis Antetokounmpo – $45,640,084

10. Damian Lillard – $45,640,084

The four-time NBA champion and the 2022 NBA Finals MVP inked a four-year $215.3 million deal with the Warriors in 2021.

This includes $215,353,664 guaranteed and earning an average salary of $53.8 million. He is set to rake in $59.6 million in the final year of his deal in 2025-26, after which he will be an unrestricted free agent.

Making him the highest-paid player in the NBA and deservingly so. The sharpshooter has been a key piece of their championship run in recent years and will look to add at least two more rings to his piece of silverware before calling time on his decorated career.

Jordan Poole Calls Stephen Curry And Klay Thompson As The Greatest Shooters Of All Time

In what comes as an unsurprising statement, former Warriors guard Jordan Poole called Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson the greatest shooters of all time.

“Those are the two greatest shooters of all time, in my opinion, personally,” Poole said. “And it’s just things that you learn in practice, in the game, on the road that you wouldn’t be able to learn not being in the mix, and I’m thankful for that, grateful for that.”

All eyes will be on Curry and Thompson this season as the Warriors will also link up with re-signed veteran Draymond Green and a seasoned guard in Chris Paul. Only time will tell if the Dubs can add another title to the cabinet.
