Ever since he retired for the third and final time, Michael Jordan made sure to keep his personal life as private as possible. The Chicago Bulls legend has taken a new approach to his life, has stayed out of the public eye and whenever he makes public appearances, Jordan made headlines.
That’s exactly what happened this week, as the six-time NBA champion went out with his wife Yvette Prieto in Nashville ahead of this week’s NASCAR race.

The couple was all smiles as they hit the red carpet at Electric Jane. According to PEOPLE, Jordan was seen drinking Cincoro’s Extra Añejo expression. Besides Jordan and Prieto, singer Garth Brooks, and racers Bubba Wallace and Kurt Busch were also in attendance.
As stated before, seeing Michael Jordan making public appearances is rare lately, and the former player is trying to keep his personal life as private as possible. His daughter even revealed that Jordan isn’t a fan of social media and doesn’t have any on his cell phone.
Jordan has been in NASCAR for a minute now, and he’s enjoying his time as a team owner, contrary to what’s happened in the NBA. The legendary shooting guard recently agreed to the sale of the Charlotte Hornets for a valuation of around $3 billion.
Michael Jordan Selected Brandon Miller In The 2023 NBA Draft
Still, before everything was said and done, Jordan made sure to leave his mark on the Hornets and selected Brandon Miller of Alabama as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.
Jordan once again made headlines with this selection, as many thought Scoot Henderson was joining the Hornets leading up to the draft. MJ didn’t care about it and trusted what he saw in Miller’s private workouts, which finally gave him the edge over Henderson on the big night.
This can be another terrible move for Mike, but a lot of people within the organization were reportedly keen to land Miller before Jordan made the final decision.
