For those unaware, this “Himmy Buckets” nickname is a play on the “He’s him” meme that has taken over social media. Butler is often regarded by fans as “Him” and so, “Jimmy Buckets” has become “Himmy Buckets.” While Butler doesn’t seem too fond of the “Playoff Jimmy” nickname, he seems to like this one, and his products under that name are going to be quite popular in Miami.

In what could be regarded as another “Him” moment, tennis player and Heat fan Coco Gauff revealed that Butler had offered to buy her tickets for the NBA Finals, even before the playoffs started. She stated that Butler told her that when they make the Finals, he could arrange for some tickets for her family.
It is that supreme confidence in his abilities that makes Butler who he is. He doesn’t care if it seems absurd to the outside world and has always had the utmost belief in his team. He had promised Heat fans last year after losing to the Boston Celtics in the Conference Finals that he’d make amends for it in 2023, and he did just that.
