There is no doubt that the Boston Celtics need Jaylen Brown to be at his best to get to the Finals and win the championship. His two-way play is crucial for the team, and they have a good chance of getting out of the Eastern Conference this year.

Maybe that’s on Jaylen’s mind or maybe he’ll stay. There’s a lot of factors that go into a mindset of a player of his caliber because we know he’s a premier player in this league. Maybe he wants the opportunity to see if he can be ‘the guy’ or who knows.”
This is definitely an interesting take, and we have definitely seen players leave good situations to try and prove that they can win as “the guy” in the past. It’ll be interesting to see if Jaylen Brown does end up leaving, but as of right now, his focus is likely on winning the championship rather than any off-season moves.
