Stephen Curry is living his best life at the moment. The Warriors superstar has been the darling of the sports world after leading Golden State to the title this past season and he has been soaking in all the adulation.
During the course of his epic playoff run, Curry brought out the ‘night-night’ celebration in Game 3 of their first-round series against the Denver Nuggets, and it has become quite the iconic celebration. Curry continued to do it the rest of the way with the final act coming in Game 6 against the Celtics as the Warriors clinched the title. He then proceeded to use it during his offseason celebrations and it has well and truly gone global, with athletes around the world using it. Curry spoke about his celebration spreading across the sports world last month and how some of them make him smile.
Stephen Curry Performed His Iconic ‘Night-Night’ Celebration At The Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin Boxing Match
With the season still a while away from commencing, Curry, like so many other celebrities, was in attendance for the much-anticipated boxing match between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin. As the cameras panned to him, Curry performed his iconic celebration once again.

The third installment of Canelo vs. GGG saw Alvarez come out on top via unanimous decision as he retained his titles. Curry will be looking to do the same this upcoming season as the Warriors look to defend their crown.
He will have to lead the way once again as he did during that magical playoff run and we have no doubt that he will ball out once again in the postseason. His supporting cast needs to up their game though, as apart from Andrew Wiggins, no one else consistently stepped up to the plate in the Finals. It speaks to how great Curry was in that series, that he was able to carry the load in the manner that he did, and in the process, he has endeared himself even more to the fanbase, if that was even possible.
Marc J. Spears recently called him the most revered Bay Area athlete ever and even if you disagree with him and side with one of the many other great Bay Area athletes over the years, there is no denying the fact that Curry is certainly in the conversation. He is an icon in every sense of the word, and his legend is only going to keep growing in the years to come.
