It’s that time of the year once again. Video game fans all around the globe are gearing up for the release of the new NBA 2K game. The new edition of the popular basketball game will be titled NBA 2K23.

For the last few months, fans have gotten their hands on several leaks and rumors about the new game. But none of them have truly shown anything close to the real gameplay of the game.

Additionally, apart from the first-look trailer, fans haven’t even gotten a full trailer of the game. Yesterday, the official account of NBA 2K on Twitter released a trailer about the new MyTeam features in NBA 2K23. The trailer highlighted several features that will be added to the mode in the new game.

Upon seeing the trailer of MyTeam, fans of the video game series were understandably frustrated. After all, they had been expecting a real trailer for the game, not for just a mode of the game. Keeping that in mind, many fans were furious and started sharing their feelings in the comments section.

Can we stop getting my team stuff as season rewards tho

0:16 see how they got “face MJ’s greatest teams”. proves Jordan had stacked teams. Lebron carried bum squads to Finals 😴

I'm still lost on how my team works with ratings and all that. I quit a long time ago when a dude had Shaq and Giannis shooting 3s. I was done

Hello nobody here, If you going limit us in the build system like nba 2k22 next gen. Can you just bring back the Archetype system. Because is very disrespectful. There only 3 builds that are worth making. Playshot, 2 way, paint beast

This game comes out 2 weeks from today 😂😂 y’all not showing the trailer that everyone is waiting for

— KayJay! (@FactsRealTalk) August 25, 2022

It's weird but I don't see anything about a reduction in cost of packs. Why, are you still ripping people off?

— Graham Higgins (@SteelerGraham) August 25, 2022

Show the actual gameplay, this is not what we'll see when we play the game.

— Tat Tales (@TalesTat) August 25, 2022

Mid and weird overall. They tried new things in 22 people didn’t like it so they went back to 21 style. And tried to add a mode that doesn’t work on all systems smh.

As it can be clearly seen from the reactions of fans below the tweet, they are absolutely not happy about seeing the trailer of NBA MyTeam mode.

With just a few weeks left for the release of NBA 2K23, they are actually waiting to see more regarding the gameplay of the game. Hopefully, the team at NBA 2K is aware of what their fans want and will soon drop the official trailer for the game. Otherwise, this edition of NBA 2K will once again go down the list as a disappointing game for fans, even before it is launched.
