Paul Pierce has had an entertaining feud with Golden State Warriors fans, going back and forth, trading jabs in each game of the 2022 NBA Finals. The 2008 NBA champion is a very outspoken person that won’t hesitate to call out people, especially when his team is playing for a championship.

In Games 3 and 4 of the Finals, Pierce clashed with some of these fans, firing at them and letting them know that he won’t take anything from anybody. First, he called some Warriors fans ‘f***ing idiots’ when they flexed on him, which didn’t sit well with The Truth.

“Sit Down. Sit Down. Look at these idiots right here. Look at these idiots. F***ing idiots.”

That wasn’t the only encounter Pierce had with these fans, and when somebody remembered one of his most embarrassing moments on the court, the player was ready to fire back and remind them that he is a champion. Footage shows somebody asking Pierce about his infamous wheelchair, but Pierce was quick to reply.

Warriors fan: “Where’s your wheelchair Paul?”

Paul Pierce: “Next to my championship trophy!”

In case you don’t know, during the 2008 NBA Finals, Paul left the court in a wheelchair, with everybody thinking he was injured. He returned to the court a couple of minutes later, acting as if nothing happened. A lot has been said about that moment, with Pierce changing his versions, first saying he pooped himself, then telling a different story.

The reality is that nobody will forget about that moment, and fans will use it against Pierce whenever they can. Nevertheless, the Boston Celtics icon will be ready to fire back, and nobody will be safe from him.

The Celtics travel to San Francisco for Game 5 of the Finals. Pierce might or might not attend the match, but if he does, Dubs Nation surely will give him a ‘warm’ welcome.
