LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers’ season ended early as they failed to make it to the playoffs after an abysmal 2021-22 NBA season. Despite that, James has been constantly in the news for various reasons.

Recently, he was showered with hearty congratulations after being officially announced as a billionaire by Forbes. It’s truly a great achievement on James’ part as he is still playing in the NBA and can further add value to his net worth very quickly.

Anyway, today we aren’t here to talk about that. Instead, we are here to focus on something that James tweeted. Considering LeBron got an elongated summer break due to missing the playoffs, the King seems to have a lot of empty time.

This time around, the 37-year-old used that to call out fans who pretend to act like NBA analysts on Twitter.

“It’s so funny to me how many basketball experts there are on this app. Everybody Dr. James Naismith! It’s fascinating.”

It's so funny to me how many basketball experts there are on this app. Everybody Dr. James Naismith! It's fascinating. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

LeBron tweeted this after the end of Game 2 of the 2022 NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics. The game ended in favor of the Warriors as they tied the series at 1-1.

Considering this was a blowout victory, many so-called NBA experts decided to tweet out their nerdy analysis of the game even before the final buzzer was blown. This probably played a role in James calling out such fans who pretend to be experts of the game.

Now, let’s be honest, Twitter is a great place to discuss NBA and basketball in general. Unfortunately, more often than not, people tend to blow things out of proportion on the app.

There are many NBA superstars who openly call out such people and give befitting replies. But what if such arguments never took place? Well, that’s certainly a distant dream for basketball lovers.
