After a complex 2020/21 NBA campaign, the Los Angeles Lakers are getting ready for a revenge season. The purple and gold were considered favorites to win back-to-back NBA championships until injuries and inconsistency prevented them from achieving this feat.

Anthony Davis vowed the team to be better next season, explaining that he feels good and ready to go after struggling with injuries all season long. The big man talked with fans on a live stream, saying the Lakers have big hopes for next season, where they expect that everybody is healthy.

“I feel good tho, chat. Groin feels real good. Trust me; we’re going to be ready for next year. We’re going to be right,” he said.

This is great news for the Lakers Nation. The team looked like real contenders during the first half of the season, but things went downhill for Frank Vogel’s squad after injuries showed up.

Davis himself missed several games during the regular season. Even in the postseason, he was unable to help his team get past the Phoenix Suns. They need to figure some things out this offseason in order to assemble the best possible team for LeBron James and AD.

They are ready to get revenge after failing to do the job this season. When plenty of people are counting the Lakers out, they’re working to shock the world again.
