JaVale McGee has found a new home in the NBA as the Cleveland Cavaliers are sending the big man to Colorado, where he’ll join the Denver Nuggets. The veteran comes from winning the NBA championship last year with the Lakers and after he joined the Cavs in the offseason, people were wondering what was next for him.

Well, the next chapter in his career will take place in Denver. Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that the Cavs agreed to a deal with the Nuggets, who already have Nikola Jokic as their starting center. McGee will add depth to this team, which is still trying to have a good season in the Western Conference.

In exchange, the Nuggets will send Isaiah Hartenstein and two future protected second-round picks to Cleveland, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

In 33 games this season, McGee is recording 8.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1 assist.
