The Philadelphia 76ers appeared to be ready to land Kyle Lowry but now they’ve taken a different route, turning their heads to the Oklahoma City Thunder and landing veteran point guard George Hill. The player was linked with a lot of teams in recent weeks, including the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers but the Sixers finally won the race.
Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Hill is headed to Philly after spending the first half of the season with the Thunder following a couple of seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks.
Philadelphia is acquiring OKC's George Hill for Tony Bradley, Terrance Fergusson and two future second-round picks, sources tell ESPN. Austin Rivers goes to OKC as part of a three-way deal.

He was a sought-after veteran and the Sixers landed a very good player. They need help to face the remainder of the season and Hill can bring a lot to the table.
In 14 games this campaign, Hill is posting 11.8 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 3.1 assists with the Thunder.
