The Aaron Gordon saga has come to an end after the Orlando Magic agreed to send him to the Denver Nuggets ahead of the trade deadline. The young player has been linked with a contender ever since the start of the season, where he was rumored to be on the radar of the then healthy Golden State Warriors.
In the past couple of days, Gordon was linked with the Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, and Portland Trail Blazers. In the end, the Nuggets won this race and landed the player, who will bring a lot of value to the organization.

Gordon had expressed his frustration with the level of the team in prior months and that prompted him to request a trade. He got his wish granted and now is ready to start a new chapter in his career with Denver, where he’ll join Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray.
The forward has played 25 games this campaign, posting 14.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.2 assists for the Magic, who already shipped Nikola Vucevic to Chicago and Evan Fournier to Boston.
