Celtics Fan Found Out Boston Lost Game 1 In The Middle Of His Wedding Ceremony

2 Min Read

The Boston Celtics had an excellent first-round series against the Brooklyn Nets.

Despite facing what many consider the most skilled duo in NBA history in Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, the Celtics shut the Nets down and swept them in the 4 games, a completely dominant performance. But they weren’t able to have the same success in Game 1 of their second-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Milwaukee Bucks, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, beat the Boston Celtics on the road in Game 1.

The defending champions had a solid performance, as they dominated the usually solid Celtics defense. Celtic fans had a lot of confidence going into the game, but they were not expecting to lose the way they did.

One Celtic fan was actually getting married on the day of Game 1 of the Boston – Milwaukee series. A video showing him walking up the aisle with his bride has gone viral.

In the video, he is seen speaking to someone next to him, who informs the groom that the Celtics had lost Game 1 to the Milwaukee Bucks. Despite it presumably being one of the best days of his life, the fan couldn’t hide his frustration.

Celtic fans will be hoping that Game 2 goes differently, and Boston are able to tie up the series before the team heads to Milwaukee for Games 3 and 4. The Celtics do have the best defense in the NBA, and the reigning Defensive Player Of The Year in Marcus Smart.

All they need to do is perform the way they did during their series against the Nets, and they should have a better chance to win the game. The Bucks are the reigning champions, so it won’t be easy, but the Celtics definitely have the talent to win the game and the series if things go well.
