2 Min Read

Domantas Sabonis has improved his level ever since he joined the Indiana Pacers from the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Lithuanian player has had a terrific start to the season with the Pacers and even though his team lost to the Boston Celtics during their most recent game, Sabonis has established himself as a great player in the association.

Sabonis seems to be underrated by most NBA fans but some are showing their appreciation for the Lithuanian big man. One of those is former NBA player Charles Barkley, who had big praise for Sabonis and his game this season. He has confirmed he’s the franchise player of the Pacers and this season the team has a chance to compete in the East thanks to him.

Moreover, Barkley went further and claimed that Domantas is one of the 10-15 players in the league at this very moment.

He is only 24 and has already reached a huge level in the association. The player is ready to keep improving his level and the Pacers can’t be more excited about it. Sabonis has the tools to take his team to compete, even at a young age.

Just like Barkley, plenty of fans thinks something similar about the Lithuanian. Maybe saying he’s a top 10 or top 15 player in the league is a little too much right now but we’ve seen worse things in the league.
