CJ McCollum has revealed his top 3 players in the NBA right now. There have been a lot of debates regarding this matter since the season started, but for the Portland Trail Blazers guard, there is one guy that sits atop his list.

Talking with Jay Williams on The Boardroom, McCollum picked the best three ballers in the NBA, starting with LeBron James at first, followed by Kawhi Leonard and Giannis Antetokounmpo, the last Finals MVP and NBA MVP award winners, respectively.

LeBron was leading his Lakers to be the best team in the league before the NBA suspended the season. He even beat Giannis and Kawhi in back-to-back games to make the case for his team as the biggest force in the association this term.

Kawhi and his Clippers were second in the West, right behind their city neighbors, while Giannis and his Bucks had the best record in the league (53-12), breaking the record for the fastest team to reach the playoffs in NBA history.

CJ also noted that given the fact that Kevin Durant was inactive after suffering an ACL injury during the 2019 NBA Finals, he took him out of the list. It would be interesting to see where he’d place KD if he was healthy.

As for McCollum, he plays with one of the best point guards in the league. He has created a great duo with Damian Lillard, but things weren’t working for them this season. Portland was struggling to get a playoff spot before the NBA suspended the campaign early in March. They ranked 9th in the West with a 29-37 record, 3.5 games behind the Memphis Grizzlies.

Now the league looks closer and closer to cancelling the season once and for all. During these times. The only entertainment fans have is watching players playing video games, answering questions to fans on social media or simply doing interviews, like CJ.
