Even The Undertaker Says “Kobe” When He Shoots Something In The Trash

2 Min Read

There is no doubt that Kobe Bryant was one of the most influential players in the history of the game, but that influence was more visible after he passed away last January 26 after a fatal helicopter crash. The Los Angeles Lakers legend surely left his mark on the court and the world of sports in general since one of the biggest wrestlers of all time pays his tribute to the Black Mamba every time he has the chance.

The Undertaker, one of the greatest, if not the greatest wrestler of all time, is one of those people who yell ‘Kobe’ every time they throw something to a trash can. During a fragment of his documentary ‘The Last Ride’, The Undertaker, a.k.a Mark Calaway, was chatting with the crew, where threw an object into the trash can.

After he threw the thing to the can, he yelled ‘Kobe’ which might suggest he actually made the shot.

This practice has been common around the world. From little kids in schools throwing a piece of paper to young adults finding a way to shoot something and yell ‘Kobe’ to grown-ups like the wrestling legend, who didn’t hesitate to shoot that shot and he made it.

Kobe’s influence is gigantic, no doubt about it. Even the biggest legends of different sports pay their respect to the Mamba.
