Nikola Jokic and Markieff Morris were involved in an altercation on Monday night. The 2021 NBA MVP had a big reaction when the Miami Heat player went at him, elbowed him in the ribs while hitting his right knee.

What seemed to be a normal sequence turned out to be the biggest moment of the game. After Morris bumped into Jokic, the Serbian player returned the favor and shoved Markieff, who stayed on the floor for a few moments.

Benches cleared after the incident, with referees trying to control the situation, keeping Jokic away from the Heat’s players. While things were wild on the court, people in the stands waited to see if the situation escalated even more, including Nikola Jokic’s (in)famous brothers.

One fan pictured them watching how things developed on the court, maybe waiting to take action and defend their brother.

The pic is great and NBA fans’ reactions, too, as they had plenty of things to say about the incident and how things would have ended if the Jokic brothers joined the party.

Last season, Nikola’s brothers went viral after videos surfaced showing them yelling at the Phoenix Suns players following an altercation with The Joker. NBA fans have given them a reputation and whenever they show up, the community has plenty of jokes to tell.

Jimmy Butler barked at Jokic after everything was over, telling him to go ‘to the back’ and settle the issue. Yet, nothing else happened. Things got out of control really quickly, with both Jokic and Smart getting ejected from the game and the Nuggets taking the W, 113-96.

Nikola recorded a 25, 15, 10 triple-double, becoming the most important figure on the court for the right and wrong reasons. These teams will clash again on November 29th, and the Heat fans will be ready to welcome Jokic to South Beach.
