Gabrielle Union really stirred the pot with her recent comments about her first marriage. She has always been outspoken when talking about her romantic life, but for some people, she took it too far this time.

A couple of days ago, Union revealed that she felt ‘entitled’ to cheat on her first husband, former NFL player Chris Howard since she paid the bills and took care of the finances at home.

These remarks raised a lot of eyebrows around the NBA and the rest of the world, with some attacking Union for her reasoning. Legendary rapper 50 Cent was one of them, and he took some big shots at Union for her mindset.

“For just saying I was the breadwinner making more money, so now he should just go with whatever I say until she just go find something she like? This really what we talking about this is hoe shit.

“This is the mentality of someone who’s a hoe. Because she’s saying if you got the bigger bag, Big, then I’ll listen, but if the bag ain’t right, I’m out. Gabrielle a hoe. Look at the mentality connected to it. If you saying the guy has to have more money than you to sit still, Big, are you buying this car or are you leasing?”

Just like 50 Cent, other people talked about Union’s comments and criticized her a lot, but the Hollywood actress wasn’t having any of that.

Gabrielle Union Replies To Those Who Felt Offended By Her Comments About Her First Husband

On the carpet at the season 3 premiere of the drama series ‘Truth Be Told,’ Union discussed her prior comments, firing back at those who criticized him and making it clear she has talked about that situation for a long time now and people shouldn’t be taken aback by it.

Via ET Online:

“If you’re gonna get your panties in a twist about something I’ve been talking about since 2005 — in not one but two New York Times best-selling books — at least listen to the whole thing,” Union said, rolling her eyes as the heat she’s gotten. “Just so you know where your anger actually is.”

Dwyane Wade’s wife is always ready to reply to those trying to bring her down, and this time wasn’t an exception at all. Union knows that she’s constantly under scrutiny for some of her comments, but she won’t back down when people attack her.

Meanwhile, she keeps living a happy marriage with Wade, one of the best shooting guards to lace them up. These comments really stirred the pot, but Union won’t stay there to see how people try to destroy her. She always has a response to everything, no matter who’s in front of her.
