Jayson Tatum is one of the best up-and-coming players in the NBA right now. Ever since the 24-year-old made his debut in the league, Tatum has shown flashes of brilliance. After years of struggling to make it to the biggest stage of the league, Tatum showed the NBA why he is a legit superstar talent this season, leading the Boston Celtics to their first finals appearance in 12 years.
Leading one of the most well-rounded teams in the league, Tatum and the Celtics were touted as the favorites to win it all. Unfortunately, inexperience and an All-time great like Stephen Curry did not give Boston the chance to fulfill those expectations. Ultimately, Tatum and the Celtics failed to make their mark and lost out to the Golden State Warriors in six games.
Given how the Celtics performed this season, many expect Tatum and Co. to be a challenger for the title yet again next season. While the offseason continues, NBA fans are rejoicing the offseason with news from the free agency and by watching some incredibly viral clips over the last season. One of these clips features JT as well.
In a recent viral clip, Tatum can be seen having a hilarious conversation with an 8-year-old and his brother. Sitting courtside presumably before a home game, the 24-year-old can be seen talking to a child. Asking the little kid his age, Tatum went onto say:
“When I was 8, I would bust your s**. You and your brother.”
This was certainly a hilarious clip and even many NBA fans have been in splits over the recently viral clip.
