Kevin Love Tells Hilarious Story Of LeBron James Threatening The Cleveland Cavaliers: “I Swear, If They Gap Me, I Am Shooting This B***h’. They Better Not Gap Me.”

Last month, 36-year-old LeBron James had another one of his signature performances, dropping 46 points (which included 21 in the final quarter) to lead the Lakers to victory over his former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The big story that night was how one Cleveland executive angered “the King” by cheering a little too loudly at a missed shot by James. But apparently, that moment wasn’t the only thing that fueled Bron to a huge performance that night.

In an appearance on the “Road Trippin'” podcast, the Cavs star described one hilarious exchange he and James had in the fourth quarter.

“It’s me sitting there. We were all up at the front. It was crunch time, the end of the game.”

And Bron comes over, gives me a little dab, and says, ‘Hey, K Love! I sweat to god if they gap me, I am shooting this b***h’. They better not gap me, I am going to let this thing fly’,” said Kevin, who was hoping that wouldn’t happen.

“So, it’s a pick and roll with Jared and Isaac Okoro, and Isaac is a rookie. He is just going by the game plan, right? Of course, they gap it and as soon as they do, you can see me go…” explained Kevin. He imitated his gesture and threw his hands up in disappointment. “That was a really, really funny moment.”

While he did score a new career-high that night, James has been on an absolute tear through this entire season. Somehow, at 36-years-old, Bron is having one of the best seasons of his career, posting averages of 25.1 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 7.7 assists on 49.6% shooting.

Currently, he’s among the frontrunners for the MVP. It seems now is not the best time to rile him up…
