Kyle Kuzma On The Lakers Injuries: “I Don’t Know If We Got Juju Issues Around Here Or What…”

Silver Screen and Roll

The Los Angeles Lakers have been in a pretty bad way this season. After bringing home the NBA title in 2020, the team has struggled to stay afloat this year, largely due to injury and inconsistent play from the supporting cast.

Speaking on the state of the squad, and the many injuries that have plagued the roster, young stud Kyle Kuzma recently said this to reporters:

“I don’t know if we got juju issues around here or what. Every game it’s something.”

Both Anthony Davis and LeBron James have missed time due to injury, and neither has been 100% in some time now.

There have been other injuries to the rest of the roster as well, only serving to hamper team chemistry and slow them down even further.

In the end, the Lakers will have to overcome a lot if they want to repeat as NBA Champions. LeBron, whose high ankle sprain may be the worst injury of his career, will have to return back to full health in just a matter of weeks.

In the loaded Western Conference, there is just no way for the Lakers to win without their two best players at full strength.

At this point, the Lakers will need nothing short of a miracle.
