Kyrie Irving has been a key part of the Brooklyn Nets’ contending hopes. Alongside Kevin Durant and James Harden, he formed a big three that has been widely viewed as the favorite for the NBA championship. There is no question that Kyrie Irving has been part of their offensive dominance.
During a pivotal Game 4 against the Milwaukee Bucks, Kyrie Irving has suffered an ankle injury after stepping on the foot of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Hopefully, Kyrie Irving is alright, but it is clear that if he is out for a long time, the Brooklyn Nets may be in trouble considering James Harden is currently nursing a hamstring injury.

Shams Charania has provided an update that stated Kyrie Irving will not return to the game. In an ideal scenario, Irving isn’t out for a long time beyond that, as the world would love to see him play.

Obviously, his health should take full priority when it comes to making that decision. Hopefully, Kyrie Irving takes the steps to get fully healthy, whenever that may be. The Brooklyn Nets will miss him, but it looks like they must make do.
