- She addressed the accusations Jolie made which included verbal and physical abuse from Pitt toward her and their children
- Larsa Pippen stressed the importance of keeping a quiet life when someone is a celebrity
Larsa Pippen is arguably one of the most talked about celebrities in NBA circles. Since her divorce from Scottie Pippen and subsequent relationship with Marcus Jordan came to light, she has been discussed endlessly by tabloids.
Knowing what it’s like to go through a divorce as a public figure, Larsa Pippen recently spoke about another celebrity couple that got separated in an ugly fashion. Speaking on her podcast, she gave her take on what happened between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
“I think sometimes in Hollywood, look at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie,” Larsa said on the Separation Anxiety podcast with Marcus Jordan.
“I feel like Angelina Jolie literally exposed Brad and said all these crazy things about him that people stopped viewing him as a rockstar. I think when you’re an actor, you have to have some type of quiet life.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were arguably the biggest celebrity couple on the planet. As such, their divorce was heavily publicized, and Jolie accused Pitt of verbal and physical abuse directed at her and their children.
Brad Pitt is worth $400 million and he is one of the biggest movie stars on the planet. While the accusations didn’t destroy his career or anything of the sort, they did portray him in a negative light, which is what Larsa is referencing in this situation.
Larsa Pippen Admitted Her Divorce With Scottie Pippen Was Harder Than She Thought It Would Be
Relationships in the public eye are hard to maintain, and Larsa Pippen did find her divorce from Scottie Pippen harder than expected. She opened up about it before her relationship with Marcus Jordan became official.
“I feel like I am kind of mentally in a place of, like, I was married to a famous guy that was cute, that had a good body that was successful that gave me four gorgeous kids,” she said.
“So, where the hell are you gonna find a guy that can like, fill in — it doesn’t have to be all of those, but like, a few of those boxes. It’s kind of hard. I thought it was going to be easier, to be honest with you.”
Larsa Pippen felt humiliated and embarrassed after Michael Jordan recently made his disapproval of her relationship with his son apparent. But this isn’t something she’s not used to, as evidenced by her takes on other celebrities and their problems.
