Having good chemistry is extremely important for any NBA team to win games and, ultimately, the championship in the league. Now, there could be several ways for players to build chemistry throughout the season. And it seems like for the Los Angeles Lakers, the debate about whether you put cereal or milk first in your bowl during breakfast.

The cereal and milk question is certainly one of those debates that can make or break friendships. No, we are not kidding. Keeping that in mind, several Los Angeles Lakers players, including LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Thomas Bryant, were asked this question in a hilarious clip posted on the official YouTube channel of the organization.

Thomas Bryant: “Of course you put the cereal in first and then you put the milk in because you gotta let the cereal set first. You gotta let the sugar get into it, so when the milk gets in the milk gets all the sugary goodness right there. So that way right at the end, that’s when you just drink it up. It ain’t get too complicated after that. Trust me, it’s the right way.”

Anthony Davis: “I have never seen anyone pour milk first. So I think cereal is definitely first.”

LeBron James: “Listen, if you put your milk in the bowl first, you are a cereal-killer! How about that?”

These were some great answers from the Lakers players. And James’ hilarious wordplay right at the end certainly got a chuckle out of us.

The Los Angeles Lakers Are Getting Better

Well, with the great cereal and milk debate settled, let’s shed some light on how the Los Angeles Lakers are playing over the last few games. Following Anthony Davis’ injury, the Lakers lost several games, but LeBron James has stepped in over the last few games and has helped the team improve its record.

In the process, LeBron also became the NBA’s Player of the Week for week 12 in the 2022-23 NBA season. Despite that, following the defeat at the hands of the Denver Nuggets, the Lakers have fallen to a record of 19-22 and dropped to the 12th seed in the Western Conference.

The Lakers need to put together another winning streak in the coming weeks, and they actually have a chance at getting into playoff contention. Will the Lakers be able to pull it off? Only time will tell us.
