LeBron James keeps making history in the NBA after a marvelous performance on Monday night, taking the Lakers to a big, dominant victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, 135-115. The King dropped 30 points to go along with 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the confirmation that his playoffs mode has been activated. However, that was not the best part of the night for Bron; in fact, he reached a milestone that nobody could reach before.
After scoring his 18th point last night, LeBron became the first player to reach 7,000 points in the NBA playoffs. He was the first one to score 6,000 and the distance between him and his closest pursuer is getting bigger. The second place of the list belongs to His Airness, Michael Jordan, who scored 5987 points in the postseason. LeBron is just great, this is impressive and more so when you see who is the next player behind him, and the next one among active players.

Kevin Durant has racked up 4,000 points in his career and he could reach Jordan at some point, but surpassing LeBron will be a lot harder for him.
The story doesn’t finish here for LeBron. After a bad start to this NBA playoff, the King has turned things around and now is set to eliminate the Portland Trail Blazers, take the Lakers to the second round and continue increasing his legend in the league.
Again, he’s 35 years old, he’s playing his 17th season in the league and remains the best player on earth. LeBron James is greatness and nothing else.
