LeBron James has been in sensational form over the last few games. The Lakers’ forward is on a great run right now, scoring 30+ points for multiple games in a row right now. Moreover, his last two games have seen him notch 30-point triple-doubles. Many fans have wondered what is behind this great spell of form.

The answer, according to James himself, is his son Bronny. LeBron revealed that watching his son play at a high level for his school Sierra Canyon motivated him to get the triple-double against the Orlando Magic. He shared the post on his story, captioning it with a fax machine emoji (to imply that it is ‘facts’).

“He inspires me.”

James has spoken recently about the idea of playing with his son Bronny in the NBA. He would love to share a court with his son, and perhaps is trying to elongate his career enough for him to stay in the NBA in order to team up with his son if and when he makes it to the league.

If James and Bronny do play together, they will become the first father-son duo to play in the NBA at the same time, and be the first duo to play together on the same team. LeBron has been a history maker his entire career. But this would be one accomplishment he would rank higher than almost any other.

LeBron has been a family man during his entire stint in the NBA. And for him, being able to share a court with his son will probably be more valuable than any of the championships he has won, or will in his entire career.

And it would also be a chance for him to pass the torch of their family legacy to his son, so he can pave the way for the next generation of James’ superstars.
