LeBron James Welcomes Zach LaVine After The Bulls Star Joins Klutch Sports

The Chicago Bulls are looking forward to signing Zach LaVine to a max contract extension this season.

LaVine would make $105 million over the next four seasons and the Bulls would get a lot of flexibility to keep improving their roster going forward. If not, Zach could be eligible to sign a five-year, $235 million deal at the end of next season.

That’s why he decided to surround himself with experts when it comes to making the most of the players’ leverage, joining Rich Paul’s infamous Klutch Sports agency.:

“Everything is a learning experience, and to grow we all must embrace change – only by strengthening our foundation can we ensure longevity! I’m excited to join @klutchsports,” LaVine tweeted.

Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long before LeBron James -who some jokingly said owns the agency- congratulate him on this move:

“Welcome
@ZachLaVine
!!! Family Over Here. ✊
@KlutchSports,” James replied.

Rich Paul and Klutch Sports have stolen the headlines for years now. They represent the best players in the world and have grown to be perhaps the most influential agency around the league, something that isn’t always in the team’s best interest.

Paul is known for getting his players paid and on big-market teams, so it’s not a surprise to see LaVine making this decision. Hopefully, it’ll also work out for the Bulls after all the moves they’ve made.

The Chicago Bulls made great strides over the past couple of months, adding Nikola Vucevic, Lonzo Ball, and DeMar DeRozan to boost their roster and convince LaVine to stay at the Windy City.

While the Bulls may still be a couple of pieces away from being a legit championship contender, LaVine could continue to blossom into one of the league’s most explosive scorers and put an end to their playoff drought next season.
