The offseason is the best time for NBA players to hone their skills and get ready for the regular season. Each player has a different method of doing so and training as per they see fit.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is no different. And the fact that he is ready to enter the 20th NBA season of his career, James needs to stay in top shape to compete against other amazing players in the league.

James recently proved that he still has a lot of basketball left in him by making an appearance in the Drew League for the first time since 2011. LeBron put on an amazing show for all the basketball fans lined up to see him play.

He ended up scoring 42 points and gave plenty of highlights for fans to cherish for quite some time. In the process of playing in the Drew League, LBJ has seemingly taken revenge on Drew League player Dion Wright as well.

Wright went viral on social media after he was given the tough task of guarding LeBron James for the most part of the game. Dion believes that he did a good job and even believes had LeBron not been on the opposing team; the result would have been different.

But the claim by Wright looked like it had a touch of condescending behavior. Obviously, it resulted in NBA fans shifting into research mode and decided to destroy Wright for a couple of tweets he made around nine years ago.

Imagine talking s**t on Twitter just for LeBron to pull up 10 years later and drop 42 on your head.

While Drew League players have a knack for playing basketball, NBA players are obviously on a different stratosphere than them. Even more so when you are facing arguably the best basketball player of all-time in LeBron James.

The difference between skills between James and Wright was evident by looking at his expressions when he was defending the 4x NBA champion.

All things considered, Wright should have thought twice before making such comments against LeBron. Regardless, Wright will certainly tell the story of playing against James for years.

As for LeBron, he looked in phenomenal form in the Drew League appearance. It once again proves that James’ longevity is unlike any other player we have ever seen in the NBA. But can he win the fifth ring of his career?
