After a 20-year NBA career, Udonis Haslem is playing his final regular-season game today as the Miami Heat take on the Orlando Magic.

This is a celebration day, and Haslem has gotten that spirit since he entered the game. The veteran is taking the most advantage of this opportunity, putting up a show.

Haslem scored 13 points in the first quarter of this game, with fans going crazy over it.

Some fans praised him for putting up this type of performance during his final game.

Others remembered that he’s over 40 and is balling against a way younger team.

A couple of fans joked and claimed this performance would get him a new deal with the Heat next season.

UD really maximized this opportunity, doing whatever he could on the court. He made a 3 and even dunked the ball, showing that he’s trying to do everything today.

This is a great way to close his NBA career, with an incredible performance for the team that gave him everything.

Miami Heat Gift Udonis Haslem A Rocking Chair

The Heat made sure to honor Haslem and in the pre-game ceremony, gifted him a rocking chair. This was a great and hilarious detail from the team, mocking Haslem over his age.

There’s no doubt that he’s one of the greatest Heats of all time, and his impact on the team will transcend his career. He’s getting ready to take on a new challenge within the franchise and is trying to give fans one last show before he retires.

These 13 points are the highest he’s scored in a game since 2015 (he’s scored 75 points over the last five seasons), so you know this is a special performance. During his 20-year career, Haslem has posted 7.5 points and 6.6 rebounds with the Heat. He’s shot 48.9% from the field and 75.6% from the free-throw line. This is a great closure to a memorable career.
