The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to dominate the New Orleans Pelicans after taking a 35-point first-half lead in their ongoing matchup.

The Lakers’ shooting has been historically accurate, as the team made 15 3-pointers in the first half. This is the most in franchise history, and Laker fans were getting extremely excited.

One fan said, “Hottest team in the NBA right now, fight me.”

Another fan called Malik Beasley a bucket.

A Lakers fan thinks the NBA is in trouble if his team can shoot like this.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the return of LeBron James, “And we add LeBron to this soon.”

One fan was happy with the team’s vibes, “Loving this Lakers team’s energy.”

Given the shooting struggles the Lakers have gone through over the last two seasons, it almost feels unreal that they are shooting this well now. Malik Beasley led the way for LA, making 7 three-pointers in the first half. D’Angelo Russell made 3, Rui Hachimura made 2, while Anthony Davis, Troy Brown Jr., and Austin Reaves added one more.

A Return Of The Los Angeles Lasers?

Whenever the Lakers start shooting well, fans call them the lasers because they just can’t miss. We haven’t seen that side of the Lakers in years but it seems the new-look version of the squad is more than capable of shooting at a regular clip that the team will appreciate in the playoffs.

Their shot quality is bound to improve when LeBron James can return to the court, as he is one of the best creators of 3-point opportunities in the game. His old teammates were consistently missing their shots due to talent. The story is different now and James will be salivating to come back and play with this group of stars in the postseason.
