He had amazing averages during the regular season, putting up 28.4 PPG, 3.7 RPG, and 9.7 APG. He also became the first person since Nate Archibald to lead the league in both total points and total assists this season.
The Atlanta Hawks will face the Miami Heat in the first round, and that’s not going to be an easy matchup for them. The Miami Heat will obviously be favored, and they have stars in Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, while also having a lot of elite role players such as Tyler Herro.
