Devin Booker once again failed his Phoenix Suns in clutch time, and once again it was against Jrue Holiday, the player that dominated him in the 2021 NBA Finals.

During the last second of the thrilling game between the Suns and Bucks, Booker fumbled the ball.

NBA fans on Reddit reacted to this sequence, which looked a lot like the ones we saw two years ago in the Finals, trolling Booker and praising Holiday.

“Knocked away and stolen by Holiday.”

“High pressure Booker on repeat.”

“PTSD.”

“Blud thought it was the finals “

“Booker the drive, gets inside. KNOCKED AWAY AND STOLEN BY HOLIDAY.”

“Jrue so good at guarding Booker he just got the biggest benefit of the doubt play of all time lol.”

“‘Jrue Holiday Suns killer’ is approaching ‘Khris Middleton Celtics killer’ levels.”

“I’ve seen this somewhere.”

“Booker saw the double-team coming and got PTSD.”

“Thankfully he’ll have KD soon.”

In a very entertaining matchup, the Bucks once again defeated the Phoenix Suns, at home, pulling off a big win against a potential rival in the 2023 NBA Finals. To make things better, the Bucks did this without their best player on the court, as Giannis Antetokounmpo will remain sidelined until further notice.

Holiday did the big plays on the defensive end, but he also showed the way for the Bucks on offense, dropping 33 points, grabbing 4 rebounds and dishing 5 assists. As for Booker, he posted 24 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists, but once again failed when his team needed him the most.

Phoenix Suns Still Wait For Kevin Durant’s Official Debut

Meanwhile, the Suns keep waiting for Kevin Durant to return to the court and make his official debut with the Suns. This team became bonafide championship favorites after landing KD and the 2x NBA champion will definitely be a huge addition for them.

He’s expected to make his return next game, which is set to take place this upcoming Wednesday. There are a lot of expectations around Durant and the Suns, and we’ll be able to see how the team looks with KD on the court pretty soon.

After two painful defeats in the last two seasons, the Suns have renewed hopes to win the NBA championship, and if they get things going soon, this team will be unstoppable for rivals.
