The Los Angeles Lakers are struggling to get things going right now, especially after Anthony Davis went down with an injury. The Brow was playing at a great level this season, lifting the Los Angeles Lakers to the top of the Western Conference standings with his big displays.

Now that AD is out, LeBron James has taken over, trying to take this team to compete again. Unfortunately, the Lakers have had more downs than ups during that stretch, making things difficult for LeBron. The King has expressed his frustrations with this situation, even taking some cryptic shots at the team’s front office

Given this situation, many fans started asking the Lakers to make a trade to save the season, but they aren’t in a rush right now. Even though many folks are blasting them, they aren’t losing sleep over that.

Zach Lowe Doesn’t Think The Lakers Need To Make Desperate Decisions Right Now

It seems like ESPN’s Zach Lowe is on the same page as the Lakers, as he claimed the Lakers don’t need to make a move right now, especially involving their two first-round picks.

The Lakers without Davis are shaky on the glass. They force no turnovers. They offer no physical resistance.

The Lakers are “only” three games from the play-in, but there are two teams between them and the No. 10 seed and they are also only three games ahead of last in the West. The upcoming schedule is tough. The season is spiraling. There is no point in trading picks to prop up this sad group if Davis is out a while. Celebrate LeBron breaking the scoring record, get Davis healthy, use cap space wisely and take another shot next season.

It’s pretty clear that the Lakers have some decisions to make regarding their roster, and recent rumors suggest that they will play out the season without making any moves. While they are prioritizing the future, LeBron James wants to win now, and the King is getting tired of this situation.
