Charles Barkley Hilariously Asks Kevin Durant If He Has A Full-Time Psychiatrist: "Do You Have A Full-Time Psychiatrist On Staff Dealing With All The Stuff You Have To Deal With In Brooklyn?"

The Brooklyn Nets have experienced a massive roster transformation over the last 24 hours. The Nets traded James Harden and Paul Millsap to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond, and two future first-round picks. This trade is yet another part of a pretty wild season for the Brooklyn Nets.

During the NBA All-Star draft, Charles Barkley hilariously asked Kevin Durant a pretty pertinent question. Barkley asked Durant whether the Nets have a full-time psychiatrist on staff because of all the turmoil the franchise has been dealing with regarding Harden and Irving's controversies. Durant responded that he doesn't need one, as he is happy making a lot of money playing basketball (0:17 onward).

Barkley: "Do you have a full-time psychiatrist on staff dealing with all the stuff you have to deal with in Brooklyn?"

Durant: "What I gotta deal with? I'm making millions of dollars playing basketball."

Barkley: "I know that, you gotta deal with James situation. Dont have to deal with that anymore, you got Kyrie going on. I mean, it's always drama around that team, so I know you got to have somebody to talk to, because it's hectic."

Durant: "I love my brothers regardless."

The Brooklyn Nets lost Kyrie Irving as a full-time player due to his refusal to get vaccinated. Irving was initially left out of the Nets' squad but was then brought back as a part-time player due to the Nets' suffering from a lack of players due to the COVID-19 outbreak that plagued the NBA a few months ago.

And to make matters worse, Kevin Durant got injured recently and will be out for quite some time. Despite his injury, Durant was voted as an All-Star and was named an All-Star captain.

The Nets will now have a new big three with Simmons replacing Harden. Fans of Brooklyn will be hoping that the controversy surrounding their team is over after the Harden trade, but that remains to be seen. KD seems to be happy with the trade, saying in the interview that everyone got what they wanted from it.
