Ja Morant has been one of the breakout players of this season. He has elevated into becoming a superstar-caliber player this year and has led the Memphis Grizzlies to the 3rd seed in the Western Conference. Currently, Ja Morant is averaging 27.6 PPG, 5.9 RPG, and 6.6 APG.

There is no doubt that Ja Morant has become one of the top point guards in the league, and there are even some who believe that his ceiling is becoming an all-time great.

It seems as though Dwyane Wade is of that opinion. Wade was recently part of the NBA 75, a list that compiled the greatest 75 players over the course of the league’s history. When commenting on Ja Morant and the NBA 75, Dwyane Wade claimed that Ja Morant would be “up there on the stage” in 25 years, and it’s obvious that he believes Ja Morant will be part of the NBA 100 in the future.

While it may be a little bit early to say this, it isn’t a stretch that Ja Morant is certainly headed in that direction. He is already the face of the Memphis Grizzlies, and he is having a fantastic season for a third-year player. While a lot of the players on his roster are very good players, none of them are currently All-Star caliber, and it’s genuinely impressive that he is able to dominate in this fashion.

There have been people who have compared Ja Morant to former MVP Derrick Rose, and as of right now, he could definitely become an MVP in the future. Ja Morant has been a franchise-changing player for the Memphis Grizzlies, and he looks like someone that could potentially be the face of the league in the future. We’ll have to wait and see if Dwyane Wade’s prediction will become a reality, but Ja Morant is off to a great start to his career.
