Michael Jordan is not only the greatest player of all time but also the greatest father of all time. While the world debates the first half of that sentence, only five people in this world can attest to the second half of that.

The Bulls legend fathered three kids with his first wife, Juanita Vanoy, who are now fully grown adults themselves: Jeffrey, Marcus, and Jasmine. He then fathered two daughters with his second wife, Yvette Prieto, in 2014. The two girls, Victoria and Ysabel, are now only 11 years old.

On the occasion of Father’s Day, Jordan’s daughter Jasmine posted multiple pictures of Jordan and his grandson (Jasmine’s son). She also penned down an emotional message for MJ in the caption.

“Nothing compares to a father’s love Happy Father’s Day to my one and only. You’re the greatest father + grandpa on this planet Love youuu♥️”

Michael Jordan became a grandfather in May 2019 when his daughter, Jasmine, had a son with her partner, Rakeem Christmas. Jasmine announced the birth of her son, also named Rakeem, on Mother’s Day that year. She named her son’s middle name after her father, and named him Rakeem Michael Christmas.

During an interview on Today, Jordan said he was enjoying his time as a grandparent. “It’s fun because I can actually hold him and play with him, and I’m having fun watching him,” he said. Jordan’s other two kids, Jeffrey and Marcus, do not have children of their own.

Everything You Need To Know About Michael Jordan’s Kids

Before marrying Yvette Prieto, Michael Jordan was married to Juanita Vanoy, with whom he had three kids. His eldest son, Jeffrey Jordan, played college basketball alongside his younger brother Marcus Jordan. However, neither of them pursued a professional basketball career. Neither Jeffrey (6’1″) nor Marcus (6’3″) was close to being as tall and athletic as their father (6’6″).

Jeffrey Jordan also got married in the same month as when his sister Jasmine Jordan had a baby. He now runs the digital brand innovation for the Jordan label. But he does not have any kids. Neither does Marcus, who was most recently dating Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife, Larsa Pippen. While Pippen and Jordan planned to get married to her and made plans about a long-term future, they eventually broke up last year.

Jasmine Jordan, the youngest among the three kids with his first wife, has a degree in sports management from Syracuse University. She now works as a field representative for Jordan label players, mostly.

We do not know anything about Jordan’s daughters with Yvette Prieto since the family remains very private about the kids.
