The coronavirus is only going to get worse in the United States, where over 10,000 cases have already been confirmed.

A nationwide lockdown has many businesses, schools, and sports leagues canceled as the country attempts to contain and slow the pandemic.

Meanwhile, in China, the virus is down significantly with some reports estimating less than 50 cases in the region. In light of their winning battle against the virus, the CBA is continuing its season and calling on its players to return. Guys like Lance Stephenson and Jeremy Lin are about to resume basketball activities.

As of now, among those who have returned to China are Lin, Ty Lawson, Donatas Motiejunas, Sonny Weems, Kyle Fogg, Pooh Jeter, Marko Todorovic, Antonio Blakeney and Ekpe Udoh. More are expected to return in coming days…

Lance Stephenson, who is in his first CBA stint with Liaoning, has indicated he will return. “Ready,” he posted on Weibo with a video highlight of himself from earlier in the season.

It's good to see basketball back in some capacity, even if it's thousands of miles away from the U.S. maybe we can watch clips of Lin and Stephenson lighting it up to hold us over until the NBA's return...
