The Boston Celtics looked nothing like the best team in the entire NBA on Saturday night, as the Golden State Warriors completely dominated them at Chase Center, giving them a new L following their matchup in the 2022 NBA Finals.

This game showed a duo that stood out, and it wasn’t the one of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Instead, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson showed up and demolished the competition in a great game, leading the Dubs to the promised land.

After the game was over, Celtics Nation wasn’t happy with the development and outcome of the same, including Kendrick Perkins, who went off on Joe Mazzulla and Jayson Tatum following the match. He did it on live TV first, but Perk wasn’t done with the C’s after that.

Kendrick Perkins Was Furious At ‘Scared’ Jayson Tatum

As usual, he went to Twitter to express his opinion and voice his opinion about the game. It’s fair to say he was anything but happy, calling out Tatum for being ‘scared’ against the Warriors.

Once again the Warriors reminding my big dumb ass that it’s LEVELS to the shit. I mean they are KICKING the Celtics ass if great fashion. Tatum looked scared as hell tonight! Y’all stay out my mentions and Carry the hell on…

“Once again the Warriors reminding my big dumb ass that it’s LEVELS to the shit. I mean they are KICKING the Celtics a** if great fashion. Tatum looked scared as hell tonight! Y’all stay out my mentions and Carry the hell on…,” Perkins tweeted.

Tatum only posted 18 points in 40 minutes of action, reminding players of how bad he played during the Finals. While Klay Thompson dropped 34 and Stephen Curry scored 32, Tatum was a shell of himself and couldn’t even reach 20 points.

Many fans were quick to blast him for his poor performance, and Perkins didn’t miss his chance to jump on that train. He called out JT, who is believed to be the leading candidate for the MVP award this season. With performances like this, he can’t be considered that, but Tatum will bounce back after such a painful game.
