Kevin Durant has been praised a lot in recent times, he was recognized by a lot of people as the best player in the world this season. However, things have changed after the first-round series between the Brooklyn Nets and the Boston Celtics, Durant’s failure to perform at a high enough level to get one win has seen him catch flak from fans and members of the media alike.

If there’s one thing Kevin Durant is known for, it’s not being too thrilled when he is criticized, KD often claps back at people on social media. His activity on Twitter is always entertaining, best exemplified by his ongoing beef with Charles Barkley. However, it’s not just former greats and media personalities that Durant responds to, he’s ready to give it back to just about anyone that comes at him.

The trolling is at an all-time high after the sweep as well, meaning that there are a lot of people for KD to clap back at, and seemingly to his credit, he’s finding as many of them as he can and letting them have it.

“I’m not about delete my twitter fam, f**k that lol.”

He even explained what he thinks is the reason he’s getting all the hate that he’s been receiving lately.

“It be misplaced anger, they really be mad at something else.”

And there were some run-of-the-mill comebacks in there too, with Durant shutting one fan down, and making fun of another.

“Let me go back in the house, outside too full with the cool kids like billy. I don’t fit lol.”

“Just focus on the hoops lil bro.”

Durant doesn’t care much about how people will react, because his engaging will likely only make it worse. However, with the offseason now well and truly on for KD, there’s not much for him to do till preparation starts for next season anyway. So this summer seems like it will provide us with some more fun content coming from Kevin Durant before it’s all said and done.
