Kevin Durant Rips Shannon Sharpe While Responding To A Fan Criticizing Him: "I’ve Never Met Shannon Sharpe A Day In My Life Man... How Does He Know What I Need?"

Kevin Durant has had his fair share of feuds with NBA analysts, often engaging in heated discussions on social media, trying to defend himself and prove his points. The 2x NBA champion isn't shy to voice his opinion on anything, even if that earns him more bad comments.

One of his most famous showdowns was against NFL Hall of Famer and Fox Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe last year, when the 3x Super Bowl champion jumped on the train to criticize KD, which didn't sit well with the NBA superstar. After that, they traded jabs on social media and TV trying to beat one another.

It's been a year since that moment, but people still remember this beef, KD included. This week, he's been very active on Twitter, discussing some personal things, his failed trade from the Nets, and all the repercussions it had for the rest of the NBA.

Today, somebody told him that he needs to find peace, as Shannon Sharpe claimed before. This wasn't well received by KD, who ripped Sharpe again while proving the fan wrong.

"I swear I’ve never met shannon sharpe a day in my life man lol how does he know what I need?" Durant quote-tweeted in response.

This offseason has been a roller coaster for Durant, who can find some peace of mind after he decided to continue his partnership with the Brooklyn Nets. Things haven't been easy for the franchise, but now it all could change with a revamped roster and their trio of Durant, Irving, and Simmons ready to go.

It won't be an easy job, but they can compete for the championship if everything falls into place. KD has a lot of pressure coming into this season, and this will be a big opportunity to prove to the world that he can win outside of Golden State.
