Kevin Durant is constantly making noise on social media. Sometimes he uses Instagram to show he’s well aware of everything happening around the league, but most of the time, he’s just engaging in debates with fans or calling out his critics on Twitter.

In recent hours, the Brooklyn Nets superstar took to Twitter to get a little philosophical, trying to find a response to a very interesting question. Durant wanted to know if we are born with talents or if that’s something we have to find throughout our lives.

“Are u born with any skills or talents?” the 2x NBA champion tweeted.

This started a discussion among fans, with KD agreeing to some opinions in the process.

Fan: The answer is no because you are born knowing absolutely nothing.

Durant: This where I’m at with it

Then, when somebody dropped an idea, the player used a Russell Westbrook meme to explain his reaction. One user said that maybe we are born with talents and skills, but find out about them as we grow up. KD used a picture of Westbrook with a surprised expression on his face, describing how he felt after reading that option.

As he himself has stated, Durant enjoys discussing many topics with fans and this was a great one. If we talk about KD, it’s easy to label him as the most talented scorer of all time. It would be interesting to know how he developed his talents and what made him fall in love with basketball.

Meanwhile, he’s getting ready to return to action once the All-Star break is over. We don’t have an official date yet, but Durant is getting there. This weekend, he will be part of the All-Star Game, seeing Team Durant take on Team LeBron this Sunday. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to play, but KD will be there supporting his players.
