The Los Angeles Lakers have recently managed to defeat the Orlando Magic, with a finals score of 110-129 in their favor. This win snapped their four-game losing streak, and hopefully, the winning continues in Los Angeles.

After the game, a lot of fans commented on the Los Angeles Lakers recent performance. While a lot of Lakers fans were excited about this win, there were some that weren’t as optimistic about the team.

Y’all really going to give me a good nights sleep

Lakers with a blowout win

good, now get it done for the next 10

WE WINNING THE CHIP

Make a trade

Win more games

losing tomorrow

I can’t believe we won.

Beat a good team

Unfortunately can’t get too excited

I don’t understand this team anymore .

WE FINALLY WON A GAME! LFG!!!

Don’t worry, it won’t happen again lol

You ain’t fooling anyone

There is no doubt that this was a good win for the Los Angeles Lakers, but there is more work to be done if they are to make it back to the playoffs. We need to see the Los Angeles Lakers do this over a stretch of games, but this win could be the foundation for a winning run in the future.

The Los Angeles Lakers Don’t Want To Make A Win-Now Trade To Bolster The Roster

Many have suggested that the Los Angeles Lakers should make a trade to bolster the roster. As of now, the Los Angeles Lakers may have some ability to make an impactful trade due to them having some valuable first-round picks to move. However, having the ability doesn’t mean that they want to do so. A recent report suggested that the Los Angeles Lakers don’t want to make a win-now trade because it might worsen their already perilous situation.

“Reinforcements via trade would obviously help, and the Lakers are still evaluating their options on a dormant trade market. At the same time, it becomes increasingly challenging to justify trading a first-round pick if the group continues to struggle. The front office doesn’t want to compound its previous mistakes with more win-now moves.”

Of course, this means that the Los Angeles Lakers will likely continue to be a poor team. They don’t have their own pick this year either, as their first-round pick will go to the Pelicans this year. There is no silver lining to this poor season for the team, besides the dominant play of LeBron James and the potential of him breaking the scoring record.

Hopefully, we do see the Los Angeles Lakers make some sort of move, even if it doesn’t involve the first-round picks. Their current roster clearly needs some improvement, but we’ll see if they take the plunge and find a deal before the trade deadline.
